data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis is a legal agreement between You (the \u2018Affiliate\u2019) and OneStream Live.\nBy entering this agreement, you express wilful consent that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you agree to be legally responsible for each and every term and condition.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc93a1b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cc93a1b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">General<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8521de elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a8521de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe OneStream Live Affiliate Program caters to influencers, YouTubers, educators, marketers and agencies, churches and Houses of Worship, gamers, and anyone keen to recommend our top-notch streaming solution to their audience. Please note that while you&#8217;re in the process of applying, we reserve the right to decline or remove enrolment from our program at our discretion. Once you accept this agreement, you&#8217;ll officially become a part of our affiliate program, enabling you to instantly begin sharing your affiliate link and earning lucrative commissions.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fb948d8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fb948d8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Affiliate Dashboard<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7204dd5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7204dd5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your affiliate dashboard is unique to you. It contains everything you\u2019ll need to promote our site and our product, including:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your affiliate referral link: the unique URL you place on your site or promote through other channels<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One-click sharing to WhatsApp, social media and email<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Important stats from your affiliate performance: clicks, sign-ups, referrals, and total payouts to date.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Banner ads and more sharing resources.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can access your affiliate dashboard\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.onestream.live\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e59c7a7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e59c7a7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Commission<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2017b09 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2017b09\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will receive a 25% recurring commission for every purchase made through your unique referral link. This is applicable on all monthly and yearly subscriptions.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will continue to receive this commission for as long as the user who purchased via your referral link stays with us on the paid plan. The moment he\/she downgrades to Free or cancels his\/her subscription, you will no longer be eligible for the commission from this user.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can withdraw your earnings after you have earned at least $50 and have at least 2 paid customers who have purchased via your referral link. You will have to make a request for withdrawal from your Affiliate Dashboard.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts. Self-referral may lead to permanent termination of your affiliate account.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each customer prospect expires after 60 days. This means if a customer clicks your affiliate link and is redirected to our website, the customer must buy our subscription within 60 days. Any purchase made by a customer after 60 days will not earn you any credit.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments will only be made through PayPal; no other payment methods are supported. Hence, you must have a valid PayPal account to qualify for the OneStream Live Affiliate Program. Any PayPal fees, deductions, etc. will NOT be paid by OneStream Live.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are responsible for payment of all taxes applicable to the commission you receive.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The commission will only be paid if the customer who purchased the plan through your referral link has been with us for 30 days. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is to make sure that the customer doesn\u2019t ask for a refund during the first month. If a refund is made on a specific sale that came through your affiliate link, no credit will be paid for that purchase<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><a href=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.onestream.live\/en-us\/category\/affiliate-marketing-1bxaetj\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OneStream Affiliate Program Knowledge Base \u2192<\/span><\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-887373f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"887373f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Modification<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9c9c20 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f9c9c20\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and OneStream\u2019s Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this Agreement. Your continued participation in OneStream\u2019s Affiliate Program after posting the change notice or new Agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37585b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"37585b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Termination<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97fdd59 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97fdd59\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your affiliate application and status in our Affiliate Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons if you:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Engage in inappropriate advertisements, such as making false claims or sharing misleading hyperlinks, etc.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indulge in spamming; that is, use mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violate intellectual property rights.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Offer rebates, coupons, or other forms of promised kickbacks from your affiliate commission as an incentive.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fail to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations or any applicable state laws.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use coupons and deal sites.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Share your affiliate link on websites that:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promote sexually explicit materials, violence, or illegal activities<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Includes \u201cOneStream\u201d or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contain software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, in addition to the aforementioned provisions, OneStream Live retains the authority to terminate any Affiliate account without prior notice, either for breaches of this Agreement or without specifying a reason. Moreover, in the event of suspension, OneStream Live holds the right to withhold any pending payments indefinitely. If your account undergoes termination for any reason, commissions for pending transactions will not be remitted, and any owed funds and pending distributions will be marked as invalid.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c39cdac elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c39cdac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Use of Trademarks, Logo &amp; Graphics<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f30c8f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f30c8f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the term of this Agreement, in the event that we make our trademark and\/or logo available to you within the Affiliate dashboard, you may use our trademark and\/or logo as long as you follow the usage requirements in this section.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">only use the images of our trademark\/logo that we make available to you without altering them in any way;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">only use our trademarks\/logo in connection with the Affiliate Program and this agreement, and\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">immediately comply if we request that you discontinue use.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must not:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use our trademark\/logo in a misleading or disparaging way;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use our trademark\/logo in a way that implies we endorse, sponsor, or approve of your services or products; or\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use our trademark\/logo in violation of applicable law or in connection with an obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic or material.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are allowed to use the graphics available in your affiliate dashboard for display on your website and in your communications.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you share our affiliate assets and ad links to any third-party website\/service, you are solely responsible for making sure it does not violate the third party\u2019s Terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0edec58 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0edec58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Coupon &amp; Deal Sites<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8334f02 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8334f02\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OneStream Live occasionally provides exclusive coupons to certain affiliates and newsletter subscribers. If you haven&#8217;t been pre-approved or assigned a specific branded coupon, it is not permitted to promote said coupon.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unauthorized promotion of coupons or usage of deal sites is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Affiliates must not use misleading text or advertise unauthorized deals.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bidding on terms like &#8220;OneStream Live Coupons&#8221; is not permitted.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generating pop-ups, iframes, or setting cookies without clear user interest is prohibited.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Affiliate sites should not falsely advertise deals that agreement<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">your use of the Affiliate dashboard, or&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">our use of our logo\/trademarks.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">notify you in writing within thirty (30) days of our becoming aware of any such claim&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">give you sole control of the defense or settlement of such a claim and&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight:
